BSAS CFA Scholarship Program

What does the scholarship cover?

The scholarship includes:

  • Free tuition and materials for the current BSAS Review Program.
  • The CFA Program enrollment fee is waived and the registration fee is discounted. Society scholars pay only US$220. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Scholarships cannot be deferred to another exam offering. The exam registration fee includes the CFA Program curriculum.

Who is eligible?

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Meet all qualifications for registration as a CFA candidate, including award of a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) by December 31, 2008.
  • Download and complete the application.
  • Serve as a session coordinator in the assigned class.
  • Completed applications must be submitted to BSAS by July 8, 2008.

Scholarships cannot be awarded to society officers, directors, or employees, or their immediate families.

How many scholarships are awarded?

Six (6) scholarships total are awarded for the levels I, II and III June exam and review program and two (2) scholarships are awarded for the level I December exam and review program.
