Reservation Policy

Reservations must be made in advance to ensure a space. Registrations are accepted no later than 12:00 noon two business days prior to the event. Reservations made after this time are not valid and space will not be reserved. Limited space might be available after the reservation deadline; however, you must call the Society office (617-426-0270) to inquire. On the day of the scheduled program, your reservation will be held until 12:25pm. After that time, we reserve the right to allow walk-in registrants to attend in your place. Because of room setup limitations, walk-ins at all programs will be charged an additional $10.

Cancellation Policy

  • For one-time programs, notice of cancellation is due 48 hours before the program. Late cancellations and no-shows will be billed.
  • For a program series, cancellations must be made in writing prior to the second class. Late cancellations and no-shows will be billed the entire course cost.
